About the Job – We are looking for SAP SD lead Consultant. Educational Background – Any Graduate. Experience-8 + years. Location- Bangalore Job Description: Looking for an SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) professional with hands-on knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Reverse Logistics, and Export Sales workflows. The candidate should be capable of supporting senior consultants in designing, configuring, and documenting business process flows within SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities: Understand and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes: Sales Order Management Delivery Processing Shipping & Transportation Billing and Invoicing Customer Payments and Returns Support Reverse Logistics processes including returns, refunds, replacements, and credit/debit note management. Assist in Export Sales process design, including international shipping, export documentation, customs, and compliance requirements. Work with senior consultants to design, document, and optimize SAP S/4HANA SD business process flows. Participate in requirement gathering, configuration support, testing, and user training activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, and Logistics.
