Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. - 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. As an AI Engineer, you will be the architect of intelligence, implementing advanced models and autonomous workflows that power our agentic applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement **RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** solutions to enhance LLM capabilities. - Develop and optimize **LLM fine-tuning strategies** for domain-specific adaptation (e.g., Wireless/5G). - Build and maintain **agentic workflows** for autonomous, multi-step AI systems. - Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance. Requirements: - **Experience:** 1-8 years in AI/Machine Learning engineering. - **Technical Stack:****Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow**, and Vector Databases (Milvus, Pinecone, etc.). - **AI Specialization:** Experience with **LangChain, LlamaIndex**, and Transformers. Knowledge of prompt engineering and Reinforcement Learning is highly valued. - **Education:** Bachelors in CS/Engineering; Masters with ML specialization preferred.
