What the Senior Manager Cyber Risk, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa: The VCA Risk Advisory Practice team is responsible for delivering Risk advisory services to Visa’s clients (Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants) across Fraud, Credit and other adjacent risk types including Cyber Risk. The Senior Manager Cyber Risk will report to the VCA Risk Lead, INSA and will be responsible for driving the development, sales, and delivery of Visa's Cyber Risk advisory services across India and South Asia. This individual will bring expertise in Cyber and Fraud Risk functional domains. We are looking for a motivated, analytically minded individual with a track record of managing client facing & consulting roles to unlock business value proposition for our clients. Key responsibilities for the Senior Manager, Cyber Risk: • Act as a domain expert for Cyber Risk, to develop business strategies across the respective risk management lifecycles. • Develop and scale the cybersecurity advisory practice area within Visa Consulting & Analytics across India and South Asia (INSA). • Lead/support the delivery of Cyber and Fraud Risk advisory engagements across INSA • Collaborating with the client’s team (both internal and external) to understand the business problem and desired business outcomes. • Develop project pitches and proposals in coordination with Info Security & IT decision-makers as well as Account Executives, Risk Teams and Client Excellence teams within VCA. • Coordinate efforts with Visa’s global Cybersecurity advisory practice to learn and share best practices across regions. • Establish Intellectual Property (IP) risk repository for VCA by capitalizing on learnings from consulting engagements (e.g., build standard methods, create library of case studies, templatize modeling codes) • Reengineer and/or package risk consulting methodologies and data driven solutions as appropriate, ensuring world-class best practices and efficiency through economies of scale. • Partner with other Visa functions (e.g., Risk, Cyber Security, Product) to capitalize on existing risk products/solutions and co-design new ones leveraging Visa’s assets (expertise, data, capabilities) • Ensure consistency, standards & quality control of Cyber and Fraud Risk methodologies in INSA Why this is important to Visa With a rapid change in the payment landscape, new regulations around Open banking and Open data and the emergence of new Fintech players – the payment ecosystem is rapidly evolving, and our clients are looking to Visa as the payment experts to help them navigate through the opportunities and challenges that these changes pose. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Technical:•10-12+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Risk preferably with consulting firms or minimum with Financial Institutions• Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.• Experience in retail banking / consumer lending industry required.• Deep domain expertise in Cyber and Fraud Risk life cycle practices, including Prevention, Detection, Response and Recovery• Deep understanding of the India and South Asia cyber risk landscape• Relevant industry certifications in Risk domains e.g. CISM, DAISA, ACFE, ACAMS or similar would be an advantage.• Understanding of the implications of digital transformation on Cyber and Fraud risk management• Experience in risk analytics or hands on experience with one or more data analytics/programming tools preferred.• Prior experience in INSA remit would be preferrable.• Demonstrated ability to innovate solutions to solve business problems.  Business:• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.• Strong business acumen and outstanding problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.• Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style with proven ability to work across cultures, upholds and promotes highest
