The Role We are looking for a Silicon Validation Manager with experience in the validation of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new SoC validation team. This team is chartered to deliver a series of differentiated mixed-signal compute products. What You’ll Do - Design leadership: Build and manage a team to cover pre/post silicon validation of a series of mixed-signal compute products - Problem solving & innovation: Identify novel solutions for delivering differentiation performance and cost - Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas, from architecture to productisation What Else You May Bring (Experience in some of the following areas is a plus) - Understanding of signal processing components or processing systems - Awareness in digital design & verification practices and requirements - Awareness of standards and industry expectations for different end-market segments and application areas Our commitment to you As part of the onsemi team, you will have an opportunity to transform your tomorrow and operate in a diverse, inclusive, and socially responsible environment. If you’re passionate about shaping a better future, join us! **Responsibilities** What You’ll Need - B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field - At least 12 years of strong technical pre- and post-silicon validation - Experience with prototyping / emulation platforms - Expertise in lab testing practices, test equipment and validation board design aspects - Extensive experience in setting up validation automation for programmable mixed-signal compute products - Strong leadership credentials - An extensive technical background in the development of semiconductor products or sub-components (IPs) - Experience with mixed-signal validation and product validation requirements - Experience with product life-cycle validation management - Exposure to Safety and industrial product validation practices and standards - Strong communication skills - Ability to define strategic actions, with appropriate design trade-off analyses **Qualifications** B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field **About Us** **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
