**Role Summary** To ensure goods are distributed as per minimum inventory levels and forecast consumption to all locations at SKU level and ensure OTIF and Inventory targets are met **Roles And Responsibility** - Ensure Distribution planning SOP is established and practiced - Converting forecast into a need at SKU location level. Converting that need to Strock transfers - Ensuring minimum inventory levels are maintained at SKU level at all locations all the time. - Tracking sales daily basis and creating the Distribution plan on daily basis - Develop reports on daily basis showing Inventory adherence and distribution plan adherence - Meeting OTIF targets and Inventory targets **Role Specific Competencies** - Good understanding of S&OP processes, statistics, supply chain business drivers, Inventory management, production operations and processes and ERP systems - Manage team in terms of goal setting, delivery, performance, development, and engagement - Order fill rate - Track signals - Inventory vs budget - Distribution plan adherence - Freight cost per kg vs budget to minimize non planned movements
