This role is crucial for supporting our People systems and enhancements and requires 3 – 4 years of hand-on experience with large HCM platforms and other HR systems. You will be responsible for both the daily support and administration of our People platforms partnering with our IT team, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes. Your Impact As a Sr. People Systems Analyst, your impact will be on critical team-level projects where you will own significant components, such as data management for our annual compensation cycle or reporting for key talent initiatives. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our People systems. Key Responsibilities • Own significant components and processes within larger, team-level People projects. Your ownership of data uploads, report development, and enhancement testing is critical to the success of these projects. • Use your strong command of People (HR) systems to independently diagnose and solve moderately complex problems related to data, reporting, and system processes. Define and implement process improvements that measurably increase team efficiency and data quality. • Act as a fully accountable owner of your project deliverables. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in the People and IT teams, showing empathy for their goals to ensure successful outcomes for your components of the work.
