**Role - Sr Process Associate - Master Data Management** Exp Range - 3 to 5 years Location - Chennai **Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only.** **Job Summary:** The HR Operations & Master Data Administration Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of employee master data across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and seamless integration between systems such as ADX, WinTeam, and LISA. The position works closely with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR Business Partners to support the full employee lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** **Employee Master Data Management:** Perform employee master data changes including: - Cost Center updates, compensation updates (Pay Change, Pay Rate adjustments) - Union Code changes (ensuring Benefits team is looped in for all union-related updates) - Office Location, Supervisor, Job Title changes - Job Change, Promotion, Demotion, and Employee Transfers (Move Administration) - Update and maintain Primary Job Number changes (same location and cross-location). **Employee Lifecycle Transactions:** Review and process: - New Hire records and Promotion validations - Active employee returns from Leave of Absence (LOA) - Leave of Absence (LOA), Return of Equity (ROE), and employee terminations - Reactivations and employee status changes - Manage subcontractor records and personal action requests. **Data Reconciliation & Reporting:** Prepare and analyze fallout reports between: - ADX to WinTeam, LISA to WinTeam (where applicable) - Perform manual data entry and corrections for all identified fallouts. - Ensure reconciliation of payroll, HR, and benefits-related data to avoid downstream issues. **Compliance & Review Activities:** Conduct periodic and ad-hoc reviews including: - Anniversary Bonus reviews - Pay rate and job data audits - Benefits-impacting changes tied to union code updates - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and organizational policies. **Employee Information Maintenance:** Process and validate employee personal data changes: - Address updates, Email and phone number changes - Direct Deposit / Banking information updates - Social Insurance Number (SIN) updates **IT & Cross-Functional Coordination:** Raise and manage IT service tickets related to: - Phone number & Email address changes/updates - System access dependencies linked to employee data changes - Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR BP’s, and IT teams to ensure seamless processing. **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle management - Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADX, WinTeam, LISA or similar platforms) - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field - 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or Order management
