About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: Platforms include post-trade securities, corporate actions processing and Proxy solutions providing single platform trade flow management and custody and investment accounting solution across business lines and geographies. Also, providing end-to-end automation of corporate actions and income processing, from announcement capture and validation, to complete downstream processing.  Other supporting solutions include web-based self-service platform that enables front-office, middle-office and end-customer users to seamlessly interact with their post-trade environment.A self-service business analytics application sitting on top of these, that enables operations to seamlessly interact with data.From the reference data side, there is Managed Corporate Actions(MCA) service which is a best-in-class centralized source of validated corporate action announcements for nearly three million equities, fixed income, and structured finance securities across global markets. MCA services customers as a single source that streamlines operations for the collection, validation and dissemination of corporate actions. It also provides unlimited access to corporate action data and allows customers to view full details in real time, including event-level data, dates, options, terms and conditions and restrictions. As an international team of industry experts we architect and deliver intelligent post-trade software applications to the capital markets globally. We have a proven history transforming business models for the world’s premier financial institutions, enabling them to enter new markets, reduce risk, increase efficiency, scalability and improve service standards. We do this by seamlessly managing the huge volume and complex processing of all core post-trade services. These include asset servicing, securities and cash processing, and post trade analytics. The Business Analyst role is one of the most important roles in any client implementation. S&P Global has a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst who can further enhance and evolve the post trade securities and corporate actions suite of products, consult and lead client onboarding to our platforms seamlessly. The Impact: With our transition to a more contextual, searchable, and automation-friendly documentation framework, the Technical Writer will play a strategic role in enhancing product usability, client onboarding, and support efficiency. This role goes beyond documentation—it supports scalable knowledge transfer, reduces dependency on SMEs, and enables self-serve capabilities for internal and external users. The Technical Writer will closely collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Client Trainers to ensure documentation reflects the latest product features and real-world usage, while also enabling future SaaS implementations. Responsibilities: • Own and maintain end-to-end product documentation, user guides, contextual help, onboarding assets, FAQs, and release notes. • Collaborate with Product Managers and BAs to translate complex features and business workflows into user-friendly content. • Lead the creation of interactive help formats such as walkthroughs, video tutorials, tooltips, and FAQs, aligned with modern RoboHelp or equivalent systems. • Build and manage structured documentation repositories, with scalable taxonomy and search optimization. • Keep all documentation in sync with agile product releases and change management protocols. • Partner with Design teams to elevate the user experience with accessible and dynamic help interfaces. What We’re Looking For:   Education and experience • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or knowledge management roles. • Exposure to Capital Markets, Post-Trade Processing, or Corporate Actions preferred. • Proficient with documentation tools like Adobe RoboHelp, MadCap Flare, Document360 etc. • Strong writing, editing, and information architecture skills. • Experience working in Agile product development environments. Enthusiasm for Agile process and new technologies and their potential to make an impact. • Ability to utilize Generative AI tools for preparing documents • Ability to quickly understand technical products and processes and communicate them clearly. • Experience with video-based help, UX writing, or onboarding content design is a strong plus.
