**About the role:** In this role, you will provide leadership and management for critical processes supporting our Conference technology teams, developing effective processes and standards ensuring operational excellence. You will oversee and manage our key performance indicators (KPIS), utilize analytics, and reports to drive informed strategic decisions. You will oversee and manage Conference Technology Staff planning, travel and expense budgets, collaborating closely with cross functional partners in Technology, Conferences and Finance ensuring seamless operational and financial execution. This role offers opportunities to lead and contribute to a variety of project initiatives requiring exceptional project management skills, effective collaboration, and strong stakeholder engagement as you champion process excellence across the organization. **What You Will Do** - Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, reliability, and alignment with organizational standards. - Utilize analytic skills to interpret KPI results, identity trends, and collaborate with technology leaders to uncover actional insights. - Develop, maintain, and continually improve operational reporting, providing clear and concise performance updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. - Manage Conference Technology staffing processes, including identifying accurate staffing models, managing staffing allocation, and driving insights and trends into our staffing approach. - Align staffing strategies with conference requirements through close coordination with registration and conference delivery teams. - Oversee and manage Conference Technology financials including Travel and Expense forecasting and tracking of actuals ensuring adherence to budgets. - Maintain core conference technology documentation, including annual conference and services lists, supporting delivery teams with accurate, up-to-date information. - Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high impact results within the team and across our organization **Qualifications** - 4-6 years’ experience in project management within technical and/or financial environments. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and processes, delivering measurable business outcomes. - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. - Confident communicator with the ability to engage and build relationships with both business and IT stakeholders. - Experience with process improvement, change management, and stakeholder communications. - Adept at working within cross-functional, matrixed teams across diverse organizational structures. - Highly adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple project deliverables. - Proficient in MS Excel (including formulas and PivotTables), Powerbi, PowerPoint, Visio, Word. - Demonstrates a growth mindset with the ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. **Who You Are** - Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Analysis, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent education and professional experience. - Results-oriented and detail-focused professional with a commitment to process efficiency and operational excellence. - Possess strong organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. - Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of challenges and drives initiatives to completion. - Critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver high-quality results beyond formal training. - Effective communicator who can engage across all levels of the organization.
