We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. **Key Responsibilities** - Read and understand Engineering and Manufacturing drawings. - Need to understand Work Instructions, SOP’s, Technical instruction and other inspection planning documents. - Hands on exposure on using inspection instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile projector, Bore Gauge, Contour Tester, roundness tester etc. - Should have performed PFMEA and control plan for aero components. - Experience/knowledge in APQP, PPAP (AS9145), LEAN & 5S management. - Good Knowledge on First Article Inspection Report preparation (FAIR) and Last Article Inspection (LAIR) per AS9102. - Should carry out and have hands on experience in SPC analysis (QC 7 tools). - Understand customer requirements for design change and prepare TG0 and CID (Change in Design) document accordingly. - Evaluate MRB (Nonconformances) and provide disposition accordingly for system team. - Prepare Standard works to evaluate nonconformances. - Prepare check sheet, work instructions and lesson learnt document as per requirement and support in PDCA analysis if any issue arrives. - Provide technical support for internal teams (Manufacturing process and assembly related support). - Communicate with customers, understand their requirements and prepare reports and documents for new nonconformances. - Prepare stack-up analysis report as per requirement. - Understand problems and provide Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA). - Support B-sheet, Toll gate, Change in design, System tech review documentation. - Capability to understand CFRs and ability to incorporate in design changes. - Conducting cross function meeting with customer and their supplier on Audits plan / report / analysis & implementation. - Derive conclusions and close actions of the Supplier assessment meeting with customer and supplier on improvements and Cost reduction. - All these work should be self-engineered, mistake proof and a ready to use output. Should be proficient to use and implement auto check concepts, tollgate systems and be able to perform self-defect management – with problem solving ability. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** **Key Technical/ Professional Competencies** - Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes. - Expert in interpreting GD&T (ASME Y 14.5M). - Knowledge in Measurements system analysis (MSA). - Proficient in SPC Analysis and Minitab Software. - Able to perform Root cause analysis and implementation of problem-solving techniques. - Awareness of aerospace engine products & quality requirements. - Exposure to Aero industry is preferred. ***Additional Skills but not Mandatory:*** - Experience in VBA coding is added advantage - Proficiency in Japanese Language is an added advantage
