Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future. **We are looking forward to hire Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Professionals in the following areas :** **:** **Experience required:** 2-4 years Skills: DAM -operating model, governance, and lifecycle setup - AEM Assets (DAM), Brand Portal- setup configuration, - Define -taxonomy framework, Design scalable metadata models - Configuration of Workfront (workflow and orchestration) Strong expertise in: - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets / DAM) - Adobe Workfront (workflow design and configuration) - Taxonomy, metadata models, and governance frameworks Key Responsibilities: Content Supply Chain Design - Design end-to-end future-state content supply chain workflows across: - Intake, briefing, creation, review, approval, publishing, reuse, and archival - Define content lifecycle standards including asset creation, reuse, archival, and retention - Establish modular content reuse frameworks for scalable omnichannel delivery - DAM Strategy Implementation (AEM Assets) - Design and enhance AEM DAM structure, including: - Taxonomy, folder structure, and metadata schema - Metadata inheritance, tagging strategy, and discoverability enhancements - Configure Brand Portal and asset distribution workflows - Define and implement: - Naming conventions - Asset versioning and lifecycle states - Permissions, access controls, and user roles Taxonomy Metadata Governance - Develop enterprise-wide taxonomy and metadata frameworks aligned with business objectives - Define: - Metadata standards and mandatory fields - Governance processes for taxonomy maintenance and evolution - Enable content discoverability, reuse, and performance tracking through structured tagging Workfront Workflow Design Enablement - Configure Adobe Workfront workflows for: - Intake and request management - Brief creation and approvals - Review cycles and handoffs - Workflow tracking and reporting Optimize workflows to: - Reduce manual effort - Improve turnaround times - Increase visibility and compliance - Integration Solution Architecture - Design integrations between: - AEM Assets (DAM) - Workfront - Brand Portal and other content lifecycle systems Ensure seamless: - Data flow and metadata synchronization - Workflow orchestration across platforms - Define scalable integration architecture using APIs/connectors **Governance Operating Model** - Define DAM and Content Supply Chain governance frameworks, including: - Roles and responsibilities (RACI) - Approval processes and escalation models Develop: - Operating model and processes for content operations - Access model, user groups, and permission matrix **Roadmap Transformation Planning** - Develop Content Supply Chain and DAM roadmap for capability enhancements **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
