Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** - Considerable time will be spent as the GCC strategy Agentic Growth Leader - This will entail, building the growth plan including collateral and GTM operations for driving Agentic growth in the India GCC market. - For this, the leader will work closely with Chief Growth officer and team, Chief of Staff to CEO and Strategy Leader and team, and Global Agentic AI Officer and team. In addition, the leader will also work closely with the GCC Sales and Solutioning team. - While this role will not carry a sales quota but will entail inflow/pipeline as part of the target. - Other strategic priorities could include, (to start with, will evolve as further investments happen) – - Assist Head of NextGen Enterprise leader with outcome-based contract priority - Responsibilities could include supporting the Corporate Development leader to build startup ecosystem in India as we approach that stage. - Broader sales growth (e.g., selling Agentic to SMB in India), could be a 2027 priority, if we have product fit and incumbent in role is ready to drive this agenda **Qualifications and experience we seek in you!** The position is a high impact, strategic position that blends market development, strategic planning, and relationship management. The individual will focus on building the engine for future growth within the critical GCC India market. The candidate, therefore, must be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. They should be comfortable with both high-level planning and hand-on execution, and capable of navigating a complex stakeholder landscape **Educational Qualification** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Highly preferred: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a top-tier institution. This is particularly valuable given the strategic planning, financial acumen, and senior stakeholder engagement required for the role. **Core experience areas** - **Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:** - Demonstratable track record of designing and launching successful GTM strategies for B2B technology products or services, preferably in the enterprise software, AI, or professional services space. - Hands-on experience in developing the full suite of GTM assets, including market segmentation analysis, value proposition messaging, sales collaterals, case studies, and sales enablement materials. - **India GCC Market Expertise (preferred not essential)** - Deep, demonstrable experience and a robust professional network within the Indian Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. - Strong understanding of the business drivers, challenges, and decision-making processes prevalent in the Indian GCC landscape. - **Corporate Strategy or Management Consulting** - Experience in corporate strategy team or a top-tier management consulting firm is highly desirable. - **Ecosystem & Partnership Development (preferred not essential)** - Prior experience in building and managing strategic alliances or partnerships would be significant advantage, aligning with the future responsibility of developing the startup ecosystem. - **Essential skills and competencies** - **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to see the big picture, analyze market trends, and formulate long-term growth plans. - **Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams - **Entrepreneurial Drive:** A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to own projects from concept to completion in an ambiguous environment. - **Communication & Presentation Skills:** Outstanding written skills for creating compelling collateral and verbal skills for engaging with senior clients and internal leaders. - **Adaptability:** Flexibility to pivot and manage evolving priorities, moving from GTM planning to special projects like contract modeling or ecosystem building - **Analytical skills:** Ability to analyze market data, measure pipeline effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. **Qualifications** Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics **Certifications** Prosci Certified Change Management Professional - ProsciProsci **Required Skills** Change Management, Critical Thinking, Data Consulting, Data-Driven Decision Making, Data Science, Global Business Strategies, Strategic Planning **Language** English, English **Language Proficiency -** Advanced - C1 **Additional Job Location -** **Job Type** Regular **Master Skill List -** Strategy **Remote Type -** Office **Work Shift -** Day Job (India)
