Job Description Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & LCS AdministratorLocation: Any/Remote/Hybrid   Professional Summary Highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and Lifecycle Services (LCS) Administrator with over 20 years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in ERP administration, cloud infrastructure management, environment governance, application lifecycle management, and enterprise support. Proven track record in managing large-scale D365 environments, overseeing LCS operations, driving system upgrades, ensuring security compliance, and supporting global business operations. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 Administration • Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments. • Oversee Production, Sandbox, UAT, Development, and Tier environments. • Monitor application performance, availability, and system health. • Manage user provisioning, security roles, duties, privileges, and segregation of duties (SoD). • Support environment refreshes, database restores, and infrastructure maintenance. • Coordinate release planning, deployments, and hotfix implementations. Lifecycle Services (LCS) Administration • Administer Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) projects and environments. • Manage code deployments using LCS Asset Library and deployable packages. • Perform environment servicing, updates, and platform upgrades. • Monitor Cloud Hosted Environments (CHE) and Microsoft-managed environments. • Coordinate One Version updates and regression testing activities. • Manage Environment Monitoring and Issue Search services in LCS. • Support deployment requests, production servicing, and emergency fixes. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) • Establish and maintain DevOps and release management processes. • Manage Azure DevOps integration with D365 projects. • Coordinate code promotion from Development to UAT and Production. • Implement CI/CD best practices for ERP deployments. • Manage source control, branching, build, and release pipelines. Security & Compliance • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies. • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits. • Manage privileged access and role-based security controls. • Support audit and compliance requirements for SOX and regulatory standards. Environment & Performance Management • Monitor system capacity, storage utilization, and performance metrics. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. • Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities. • Ensure system availability and uptime according to SLAs. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with business leaders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams. • Work closely with Microsoft Support for critical incidents and escalations. • Lead governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting. • Mentor junior administrators and support teams.
