The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end **MES solution delivery, engineering, and support initiatives**, driving design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications across global deployments. This role requires a blend of **technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement** in a manufacturing IT environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project & Delivery Leadership** - Lead end-to-end delivery of **Apriso MES application engineering services** including enhancements, rollouts, and support - Own **scope, timelines, quality, and delivery governance** for assigned projects - Manage distributed teams (onsite/offshore) and coordinate across multiple plants / geographies - Ensure adherence to defined development standards, DoD (Definition of Done), and best practices **Apriso MES Engineering** - Provide technical leadership for **DELMIA Apriso MES implementations and enhancements** - Guide teams on: - - Process Builder (PB), Global Process Manager (GPM), BPM workflows - Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance modules - Ensure scalable and optimized MES solution design aligned with manufacturing processes
