Job description

**Responsibilities** - Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that supports the organization's business goals and enhances employee engagement. - Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement. - Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance appraisals to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. - Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and performance metrics. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact. - Champion a culture of learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging participation across all levels of the organization. **Required and Preferred Qualifications** **Required** - 10+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in a leadership role. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective learning strategies that drive organizational performance. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. **Preferred** - Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. - Experience in a similar role within the [specific industry] sector. - Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus. **Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies** - Expertise in designing and implementing LMS platforms and e-learning solutions. - Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess training effectiveness and impact. - Ability to leverage technology to enhance learning experiences, including virtual training platforms and mobile learning applications. **Soft Skills and Cultural Fit** - Strong leadership presence with a passion for developing others and fostering a collaborative environment. - Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt training strategies in a dynamic environment. - High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with diverse teams. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
