Job Title: Position: Senior Systems Engineer Experience: 5-8 Years Category: SSE- Archer Sys admin Location: Bangalore Position ID: J0626-2014 Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Application Support Engineer who can independently troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high system stability. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, stakeholder communication, independently troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring system stability. Key Skills Required: - 4-5 years strong experience in Windows & IIS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, authentication, performance tuning) - Experience in SQL (CRUD, joins, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning) - Hands on PowerShell scripting for automation and integrations - Working knowledge of JavaScript (APIs, async calls, debugging) - Basic exposure to RSA Archer platform (modules, permissions, troubleshooting) - The role requires managing production incidents, monitoring systems, maintaining knowledge base documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
