Position: SSE/LA Experience: 5+ yrs Category: IT Infrastructure Main location: All CGI Locations Position ID: J0626-0959 Employment Type: Full Time Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Archer Support and development. - Archer installation - Archer upgrade to latest versions - Archer end user support - Create and modify existing user stories. - Package creation and importing - Has experience in working with multiple Archer environment. - Troubleshooting Archer issues - Creating a support case with Archer - Managing the servers and working on threats - Converting business cases to technical requirement and implementing the same in Archer - Should have hands on experience not less than 4 Years. - Should have worked on version 6.11 and above. - Creating users and privilege's - SSO working and implementation. - Log management and retrieval. - Database cleanup scripts Behavioural Competencies : Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
