Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Provide comprehensive business analysis services to identify client needs and develop effective solutions using Netsuite's CRM platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized workflows, reports, and dashboards for client projects. • Conduct training sessions for clients on optimal usage of Netsuite software applications. • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for issues related to Netsuite functionality. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Netsuite's CRM platform to continuously improve service delivery. Job Requirements : • Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and practices. • Proficiency in Netsuite's CRM platform (SPM) including customization options. • Experience working with CRM systems is desirable. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is necessary. • Familiarity with Netsuite's software applications and their implementation is beneficial.
