**Job Description** OnSemi is seeking a Sr Digital Design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. **Responsibilities** In this role, you will focus on the following - Define and implement key digital blocks to enable platform based design - Deploy and pipe-clean platform automation framework - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration within the overall platform - Employ scripting languages (PERL, TCL, Python) for automation of collateral development - Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in debugging sessions, providing valuable insights, and maintaining effective communication within the team. **Qualifications** **Qualification** BE in Electrical Engineering or related + 6 years of experience, or MS + 4 years of experience in RTL design/development - Proficiency in RTL development flow - Hands-on expertise in RTL coding of medium to complex logic blocks - Experience in platform-based development is an advantage - Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL, TCL, Python - Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset - Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes **About Us** **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
