That's where you come in! **REQUIREMENTS:** - Total experience 6+ years - Strong experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Consultant. - Strong functional expertise in at least 2–3 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management (TMS). - Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS)/production support engagements. - Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations. - Experience working in ITIL-based support environments with SLA-driven service delivery - Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs), solution design documents, process documentation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports - Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps for incident, problem, and change management. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities across implementation projects and production support environments. - Experience mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) certification is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation projects from discovery and solution design through go-live and hypercare support. - Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with client stakeholders. - Configure and implement D365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management (TMS). - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process maps, test scripts, user guides, and training materials. - Collaborate with technical consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and end-user training. - Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support for live D365 SCM environments and resolve complex production issues. - Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, production orders, master planning, and transportation processes. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), recommend permanent solutions, and drive continuous system improvements. - Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps while meeting SLA commitments. - Evaluate Microsoft release updates and hotfixes, perform impact analysis, and support regression testing. - Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support documentation Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
