Employees benefit from a culture that supports learning, innovation, and diverse career opportunities across regions and disciplines. **Role Description** This full-time, on-site Staff Engineer (.NET Architect) role is based in Bangalore and focuses on designing and guiding the architecture of complex .NET-based applications and platforms. The person in this role will define technical standards, create scalable and secure solutions using Micro-services, Kubernetes, Dockers, Cloud Native/Distributed Applications and provide hands-on leadership in software design and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and engineering teams, reviewing code and system designs, mentoring developers on best practices in object-oriented programming, and ensuring alignment with business and performance requirements. The engineer will also evaluate new technologies, lead refactoring and modernization initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, deployment pipelines, and system reliability. **Qualifications** - Strong programming foundation, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills. - 14+ years of Hands-on experience in Software Development for enterprise-scale applications, including design, implementation, and maintenance. - Deep expertise in .NET Core for building high-performance, cloud-ready services and applications. - Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for designing robust, secure, and maintainable web applications. - Experience in software architecture, including Micro-services, Kubernetes, Dockers, Cloud Native/Distributed Applications, API design, and integration patterns. - Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineering teams, and drive adoption of best practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in regulated or mission-critical domains (such as healthcare or life sciences) is an advantage.
