That is where you come in! **Job Description** **Requirements** - Experience : 5.5 + years - Strong experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. - Hands-on experience with OpenText ExStream and OpenText xPression for document generation and customer communications. - Strong expertise in OpenText Content Server configuration, customization, and administration. - Experience developing and customizing WebReports, LiveReports, and complex workflow solutions. - Proficiency in designing and customizing OpenText Content Server components, including Smart UI customizations and CSUI SDK widgets. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integrating OpenText solutions with external enterprise applications. - Experience performing Content Server administration activities, including system upgrades, patching, configuration, and maintenance. - Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems and server administration. - Experience with Object Import/Export, Forms, Form Templates, Active View, and Perspective configuration. - Strong understanding of Categories, metadata definitions, and document management best practices. - Deep technical knowledge of OpenText Content Server architecture and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS). - Experience with large-scale document and data migration projects. - Proficiency in SQL query development and working with Content Server database schemas. - Experience configuring indexes, partitions, distributed agents, and search facets. - Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and web-based customizations. - Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, and web/application server administration. - Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and RDS is desirable. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions. **Responsibilities** - Configure, customize, and support OpenText ECM solutions based on business and technical requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain OpenText ExStream and OpenText xPression solutions for enterprise document generation and communication management. - Develop and customize advanced WebReports, LiveReports, and complex workflow solutions. - Design and implement Smart UI customizations and Content Server extensions using CSUI SDK widgets. - Develop REST API integrations between OpenText platforms and external enterprise applications. - Perform OpenText Content Server administration activities, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance. - Manage Object Import/Export processes and support metadata, categories, and document lifecycle management. - Develop and maintain Forms, Form Templates, Active Views, Perspectives, and category definitions. - Execute large-scale document and data migration initiatives while ensuring data integrity and performance. - Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and work with Content Server database structures. - Configure indexes, partitions, distributed agents, and search facets to optimize system performance. - Monitor system health, performance, logs, and proactively identify and resolve platform issues. - Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution. - Support deployment activities, testing, documentation, post-production enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance. - Work within Linux environments to deploy, configure, and support enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with architects, developers, business users, and support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ECM solutions. - Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
