That's where you come in. **Job Description** Copilot said: **REQUIREMENTS:** - Experience - 5.5+years - Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations - Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices - Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge - ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory - Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a global delivery environment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations - Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations - Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design - Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements - Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives - Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations **Qualifications** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
