Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Assess patients and monitor vital signs. - Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed. - Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies. - Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care. - Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for quality patient care. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations. - Maintain cleanliness, biomedical waste segregation, and patient confidentiality. **Required Qualification & Experience:** - GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute. - Valid State Nursing Council registration certificate. - 1–3 years of experience in ICU, OT, Ward, Emergency, NICU.
