We are looking for Stibo Developer with overall 5+ yrs experience and 3 yrs in STIBO STEP : Job Title: Stibo Developer Location: Bangalore (BNG) Work Mode : Hybrid Interview mode : 1st round Virtual and 2nd round F2F in Bangalore (Client location) Experience: 3-5 years Key Responsibilities; Design, configure, and maintain data models, hierarchies, workflows, and attributes within the Stibo STEP platform. Implement and optimize golden record creation and survivorship rules to ensure high-quality master data. Develop and deploy CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations across multiple data domains. Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and exception handling processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations. Support migration, data onboarding, and data synchronization initiatives. Conduct performance tuning, issue resolution, and system monitoring for Stibo STEP applications. Document technical designs, configurations, and workflows for long-term sustainability. Required Qualifications; Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience OR 3+ years hands-on experience in Stibo STEP. Strong knowledge of: Data hierarchy and taxonomy design Data quality frameworks and implementations CRUD operations and scripting within Stibo STEP Experience in workflow design, business rule configurations, and data governance processes. Proficiency in integration techniques, such as web services, APIs, or message queues. Preferred Skills; Knowledge of SAP or other ERP/CRM systems integrations. Exposure to data modeling, ETL tools, or data governance frameworks. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
