We are looking for a skilled Stonebranch (Opswise) Job Scheduler/Administrator to support enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation operations. The role focuses on job scheduling administration, operational support, agent management, patching and upgrades, and coordination with application teams and vendors to ensure stable and reliable batch operations. Create, modify, and decommission batch jobs in Stonebranch (Opswise). Build and manage tasks, workflows, and triggers as requested by application teams. Analyse and troubleshoot job failures related to scheduling, infrastructure. Deploy new or modified jobs to QA and Production environments following approved change management processes. Identify and tag critical jobs for proactive monitoring and reliability. Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning in Stonebranch. Perform agent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across environments. Liaise with the Stonebranch vendor for tool-related incidents, defects, and enhancements, and drive issues to closure. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams on scheduling dependencies and risks. Conduct quarterly reviews of vendor releases to assess upgrade needs. Plan and execute upgrades with minimal business impact, ensuring proper testing and rollback controls. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Stonebranch / Opswise Job Scheduling & Administration . Experience in enterprise batch scheduling and workload automation environments. Knowledge of job failure analysis, scheduling dependencies, and operational support . Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
