The Store Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining store standards. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by supervising the front-end team, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, manages cash handling, and implements retail loss prevention measures. The position also involves coaching team members, enforcing operational processes, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet performance targets. **Qualifications** - Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. - Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and team members. - Demonstrated experience in Store Management, including daily operations, team supervision, and inventory control. - Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, enforcing policies, and promoting compliance. - Previous experience in retail, grocery, or e-commerce environments is preferred. - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage shifts, and work in a fast-paced setting. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability. - Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with data and performance metrics is an advantage. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations. - Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
