LENSKART IS HIRING STORE MANAGER Locations: Multiple locations of Bihar. CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail as a Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) with proper knowledge of Revenue Planning, Business driven, Target oriented KPI & SOP, Shrinkage Control, Team Handling, Customer encounter & Inventory control. Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline. Male & Female candidates can apply Training Details:- After Selection, 25 days of Training in Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi Mandatory Documents: • Aadhaar Card • PAN Card • Experience Letter / Release Letter / Resignation Acceptance Letter Important Note: Please apply only if you have the relevant retail experience and required documents.
