We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our HSR Layout store. Job Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. The role requires strong leadership, sales orientation, customer service skills, and the ability to manage a retail team effectively. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail store management, sales, team handling, customer engagement, inventory management, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. • Drive store sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. • Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team to deliver excellent performance. • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly. • Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction. • Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally. • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. • Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain the brand standards of the store. • Monitor inventory, stock movement, inward/outward processes, and stock accuracy. • Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures. • Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and overall operational standards. • Analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate with the central team on stock requirements, promotions, marketing activities, and operational matters. • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures. • Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staff. • Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches. Candidate Profile • Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Retail Management or Business Administration is an advantage. • 3–6 years of experience in retail store management. • Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, premium retail, beauty, or luxury retail will be preferred. • Strong sales and target-oriented mindset. • Proven experience in team handling and people management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities. • Good understanding of inventory and retail operations. • Comfortable working with sales reports, targets, and basic MIS. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Presentable, confident, and professional in customer-facing situations. • Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
