Roles and Responsibilities • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock taking, and material control. • Oversee floor management to ensure efficient use of space and customer satisfaction. • Implement GRN (Goods Received Note) and LIFO (Last In First Out) systems for inventory tracking. • Ensure effective store planning by implementing FIFO (First In First Out) principles.
