**Job Title: Store Manager Luxury Tea Store** **Employment Type:** Full-time (24-hour store; rotational shifts) **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Store Manager** to lead our luxury tea store at Bangalore International Airport. The ideal candidate will oversee store operations, drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** ***Sales & Customer Experience*** - Lead the store team in delivering an **exceptional luxury shopping experience** to high-end customers. - Develop and implement **sales strategies** to achieve revenue targets. - Engage with customers, providing expert knowledge about luxury teas, dry fruits, spices, honey, and saffron. - Handle VIP customers and special requests with a **personalized approach**. ***Team Leadership & Training*** - Recruit, train, and **motivate the store team** to uphold high standards of service. - Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling. - Ensure **seamless coordination of shifts** in a 24-hour operational environment. ***Store Operations & Compliance*** - Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, POS transactions, and cash handling. - Ensure adherence to **airport security protocols and company policies**. - Maintain **store aesthetics** and a premium brand ambiance. ***Inventory & Stock Management*** - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for **timely replenishments**. - Conduct regular **inventory audits** to prevent shrinkage or stock discrepancies. ***Marketing & Promotions*** - Implement **in-store promotions** and drive customer engagement initiatives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute **brand campaigns** inside the airport. ***Reporting & Performance Analysis*** - Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance store operations. - Prepare and submit **weekly/monthly reports** on sales, expenses, and staff performance. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **5+ years of retail management experience**, preferably in a **luxury retail, gourmet, or premium lifestyle brand**. - Strong leadership, team management, and customer engagement skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada, Hindi, or additional languages are a plus).
