The company is committed to using technology, intelligent automation, and sustainable mobility to shape the future of commerce movement in India. **Role Description** The Store Manager role at Shadowfax is an on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, the Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. The individual monitors store performance, implements retail loss prevention measures, and maintains store standards and compliance with internal policies. The Store Manager leads and develops store staff, manages scheduling, and supports a positive, safe work environment. This role also focuses on customer service and satisfaction by resolving issues, optimizing store processes, and aligning operations with Shadowfax’s commitment to speed and reliability. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. - Candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills, including clear and professional Communication abilities. - Candidates should possess operational retail skills, including Store Management and familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention. - Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain environments, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. - Ability to analyze performance data, manage inventory, and implement process improvements. - Proven people management skills, with experience in leading teams, coaching staff, and managing schedules. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
