**Title:** Strategic Buying Services Analyst **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 5+ Years **Qualification:** Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred) Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Strategic Buying Services Analyst** to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, supplier relationship management, spend analysis, and RFx processes. The role requires excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in **SAP, eSAP, or Ariba**. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and contract management. - Drive supplier performance by monitoring quality, delivery, cost savings, and compliance with defined KPIs and SLAs. - Perform spend analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities and develop strategic buying plans. - Lead and manage the **RFx lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ)**, including supplier evaluation, bid analysis, and vendor selection. - Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and purchase agreements to achieve business objectives. - Develop, document, and enhance procurement processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and governance. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies. - Monitor supplier risks, lead times, capacity, and market trends to ensure continuity of supply. - Prepare procurement dashboards, savings reports, spend analytics, and management presentations. - Utilize **SAP/eSAP/Ariba** and **MS Excel** for procurement execution, reporting, and data analysis. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive procurement best practices across the organization. Required Skills - **5+ years** of experience in **Strategic Buying, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management**. - Mandatory experience in managing the **RFx process (RFI, RFP, and RFQ)**. - Hands-on experience with **SAP, eSAP, or Ariba**. - **Strong negotiation,** supplier relationship management, and contract management skills. - Experience in **Indirect Procurement** and **spend analysis**. - Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. - **Excellent communication**, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
