Job description

The member must support in developing and executing communication initiatives that connect employees with org direction, culture, leadership messages and employee experience initiatives. **Work Scope** - Leadership & Executive communication, Business & Strategic communication, - Internal communication (Employee magazine, Podcast, Radio, Digital channels), - Employee and culture content production (Videos, articles, success stories), - Crisis/Emergency/Business continuity communication, - Organizational Transformation initiatives communication - Org events hosting/moderation (rollouts, townhalls, leadership engagement) **Key Responsibilities** 1. Support execution of Employee communication initiatives through channel like - Internal Employee Magazine | Podcast | Videos for Culture Stories | Digital displays 1. Create and curate employee centric content - Articles, leadership messages, employee stories, videos production flow, organizational announcements and campaign materials 1. Design visual content - Posters and videos 1. Cross functional coordination - Gather updates, achievements, culture stories and org news 1. Manage key activities during - Townhalls, Kia India events and leadership communication activities
