A strong partner ecosystem is foundational to the Morpheus platform, enabling customers to integrate best‑of‑breed infrastructure, PaaS, data, security, and operational tools. As a **Principal Strategic Partner Engagement Engineer**, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening the Morpheus ecosystem. This is a highly technical, externally facing role for an engineer who excels at **deep product understanding, systems integration, and strategic partner engagement**. Your success will be measured by how effectively partners are onboarded, integrated, and delivering real customer value on the Morpheus platform. ### ### **What You’ll Do** - **Own Strategic Partner Onboarding and Integration** Serve as the primary technical engagement lead for key ecosystem partners, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and validation on the Morpheus platform. - **Enable a High‑Quality Partner Experience** Work hands‑on with partner engineering teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure integrations—reducing friction and accelerating time to value for joint customers. - **Identify Ecosystem Opportunities** Continuously analyze market trends, customer demand, and workload patterns to identify high‑value integration opportunities.
