**Role Overview** We are looking for a skilled Engineer with strong hands-on experience in finite element pre-processing and meshing for structural analysis. The role focuses on high-quality mesh generation, assembly-level connectivity, and solver-ready model preparation while adhering to defined meshing standards and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform structural simulations by preparing FEA models of mechanical components through meshing, model setup (boundary conditions and loads), and solving, primarily for CFRP composite structures. - Interpret simulation results based on engineering principles and provide design recommendations to meet performance requirements. - Possess a working understanding of the following analysis types: - Linear Static - Modal - Linear Buckling - Nonlinear (basic understanding) Collaboration & Documentation - Coordinate closely with analysis and design teams to incorporate feedback. - Provide regular status updates and support model reviews. - Maintain proper documentation, traceability, and quality compliance throughout the modeling process. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong understanding of basic Finite Element Theory, Composite Design and Analysis, and the impact of mesh quality on analysis accuracy. - Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including composite and metallic failure theories, material behavior (ductile, brittle, etc.), and strength of materials. - Knowledge of structural vibrations and fatigue loading will be an added advantage. - Hands-on expertise in FEMAP, NASTRAN, and Hyper Mesh for structural analysis is preferred. - Experience working in an advanced CFRP composites, quality-driven engineering environment. - Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple models simultaneously, and effectively prioritize tasks. - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations independently to customers, communicate through email, and obtain the required approvals. - Excellent communication skills in English, with the flexibility to work extended hours, including night shifts, as required. - Strong ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
