Structural Designer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Structural Designer** with experience in the **real estate industry** to prepare structural drawings and coordinate with internal design teams and consultants. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate structural design drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare structural drawings, GA drawings, RCC detailing, and reinforcement drawings based on structural design inputs. - Develop structural layouts, foundation drawings, slab details, beam schedules, and column details. - Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and coordinate revisions. - Coordinate with architects, MEP designers, and structural consultants to resolve design clashes. - Update drawings based on site feedback and consultant comments. - Ensure drawings comply with relevant IS Codes, design standards, and company quality requirements. - Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and documentation. - Support BIM/Revit modeling activities where applicable. - Coordinate with site teams to provide clarification on structural drawings. - Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of RCC detailing and structural drafting. - Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). - Working knowledge of **Revit Structure**, **BIM**, and **Navisworks** is preferred. - Understanding of structural design concepts and construction methodologies. - Knowledge of IS Codes related to structural design and detailing. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. **Preferred Industry Experience:** - Residential High-rise Projects - Villas & Townships - Commercial Buildings - Mixed-use Developments - Real Estate Developers / Structural Design Consultants **Key Competencies:** - Structural Drafting - RCC Detailing - AutoCAD - Revit Structure - BIM Coordination - GFC Drawings**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
