Job Description - -------------- **About the Company** Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) **About the Role** Must-Have * Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors. * Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central. * Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution. * Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml. * System configuration in accordance with solution design \& configuration workbook/Business Blueprint. * Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design. * Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management. * Experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS \& payroll systems. * Strong Learning ability- Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. * Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Good-to-Have** * Good to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central. * Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.
