As a Supervisor, Finance Business Partnering at ICON, you will oversee the finance business partnering function, ensuring effective financial support and strategic insights for clinical projects. **What You Will Do:** You will manage day-to-day finance and financial management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising and managing the finance business partnering team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clinical trials and projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making. - Implementing and monitoring financial controls and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in financial business partnering. - Analyzing financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness. **Your Profile:** You will have solid finance and financial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team. Required qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline - Significant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry. - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strategic financial planning. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
