Job description

**Experience : 2 to 3 years** **Location : Velachery, Chennai** **Responsibilities :** - **Assessment and validation of manufacturing feasibility with identified suppliers** - **Execute the production part approval process** - **Drive flawless launch of product by collaborating with plant / suppliers** - **Drive actions for failure modes at supplier location through process verification** - **Establishing controls in product / process / tool** - **Onsite troubleshooting and corrective action for emergency situations** - **Commodity - Rubber and Plastics** **Desired Profile :** 1. **Auto components industry background preferred** 2. **Qualification from CIPET will be preferred** 3. **Strong in cross functional coordination** 4. **Good communication and interpersonal skills**
