**Role & responsibilities** \\* Onboarding and managing Partners to ensure adherence to quality standards. \\* Overseeing the fulfillment process and ensuring timely delivery of services to customers. \\* Handling customer and partner escalations with professionalism and efficiency. \\* Generating reports using basic knowledge of Google Sheets to track key performance metrics. \\* Requirements: \\* Street-smart individual with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. \\* Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently. \\* Minimum of 6 months of experience in operations management. \\* Effective communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
