**Role Overview** - We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Partner to lead the deployment of Supply Chain Analytics / dashboards to provide visibility to the business performance. - As an IT business partner, this role involves working closely with the business to come up with the right KPIs & dashboards. - Working closely with the IT to validate the dashboards, onboard the business team and drive the data governance so the data is current, accurate and complete. - The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes through effective use of technology. - This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote work and regular on-site presence to enable effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the IT business partner for Supply Chain and Procurement teams for analytics / dashboards - Organize / Participate in KPI and dashboards definition workshops and work closely with the business to get the signoff of the requirements - Collaborate with various IT teams during solution development, clarifying the business requirements, validating the solution and supporting in deployment - Responsible for data governance for the deployed dashboards to ensure the data completeness, currency and correctness - Support in the setup of logical and physical control tower for monitor the operational KPIs and performance - Responsible for onboarding the business users ensuring they have the right levels of access and training - Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvements - Provide functional support for users and ensure timely resolution of production issues - Manage demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with procurement and IT roadmaps - Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards **Required Skills & Experience** - 810 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Supply Chain and Procurement functions and processes - Hands-on experience being part of ERP deployment related to Materials management, production planning, sales & distribution, Logistics - 3+ years of experience automating the data pipeline and creation of the dashboards and analytics for Supply Chain or adjacent areas - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience in incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus
