Purpose: Data analytics, Digital solutions for data driven decision making, Demand planning Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support designing and implementing digital solutions, such as data visualization, analytics and validation reports / dashboards for Orthopaedics business in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining effective execution and monitoring of the key processes involved in the project. This role requires knowledge in data analysis tools like Alteryx, R, and Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting. Generate monthly demand snapshots using analytical tools and models, validate data to ensure accuracy. Create monthly inventory projections and cycle on cycle changes using Alteryx, and perform validations to ensure projections are accurate and meet business requirements. Perform necessary updates in Excel to ensure accurate representation of data changes. Use Alteryx flows to consolidate data from SAPP01, S4, and JDE systems to identify and monitor KPIs, material status, set-up changes to inform relevant stakeholders. Conduct weekly and quarterly validation of Demand changes, Safety Stock, identifying discrepancies, and instructing mitigations with relevant stakeholders. Assess stock over deployment cases, identify potential risks, and action mitigations with relevant stakeholders. Creating MIS as directed by EMEA planning Lead Analyzing large quantities of data in Excel Managing Change Control in systems including Windchill, Adaptive, RSC, TruVault Supporting ad hoc tasks as directed by EMEA planning Lead Domain Knowledge : Strong “hands-on” with MS Office related skills Excellent communication skills (written + spoken) Strong analytical skills and knowledge of advanced excel Knowledge on systems such as SAP P01, SAP S4, JDE 8.12 is beneficial Self Development: Keep up to date on relevant skills data analysis / analytics. Continue to progress understanding and application of Process Excellence tools Knowledge and Skills: Advanced in Alteryx for data automation, workflow optimization, and reporting. Advanced in R programming or Power BI for data modeling and analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation and able to relate data to business situation Proficient in MS-Office-. Hands - on with advanced MS-Excel, knowledge of macros and Pivot tables Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Ability to detect discrepancies within data Ability to understand business requirements and logic transcribe them into workable proposals Result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks; bring structure to abstract concepts.
