Join the **Analytics organization at HP Inc.** and play a key role in driving **large-scale supply chain transformation and digital programs**. **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs**, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies. - Drive **end-to-end program and project management** for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. - Manage **cross-functional collaboration** across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions. - Support **Supply Chain Planning processes** (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency. - Contribute to **enterprise-wide digital transformation programs**, with exposure to SAP platforms such as **ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW**. - Lead or contribute to **solution design, testing, and deployment** of digital planning tools and analytics solutions. - Drive **change management and user adoption strategies** for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale. - Utilize **project and test management tools** (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent) to track milestones, risks, and deliverables. - Develop **executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights** to support data-driven decision-making. - Ensure **program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking** for senior leadership visibility. **Skills & Competencies** - Strong **program and project management experience**, particularly in managing **large-scale, cross-functional initiatives**. - Proven ability in **stakeholder management and executive communication** across business and technical teams. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into **actionable insights**. - Experience working in **supply chain, planning, or operations environments**. - Familiarity with **ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs** (SAP preferred). - Proficiency with tools such as **JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint**. - Excellent **problem-solving, planning, and execution skills** with attention to detail. - Ability to manage **multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment**. **Qualifications & Experience** - **4–7 years of relevant experience** in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles. - Experience in **leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs** is highly preferred. - Academic background in **Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics** preferred. **Disclaimer** This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
