Job Responsibilities 1) Conduct monthly meetings for setting the precidence for production goals and readiness for the same. 2) Monitor TAT for all export routes and compile data related to detention time and path deviation 3) Study the material being handled and educate all stakeholders of the same so that no safety incident occurs during export 4) To study and optimize the routes of all the product tankers to ensure cost saving and environment benefits 5) Identify needs of the team for upskilling and knowledge dissemination and plan session for a better supply chain understanding. Ensure that all members of the team are aware of their individual developments plans. 6) Manage a diverse team of 200+ vehicles and drivers 7) Discuss and set guidelones for daily dispatch 8) Implement regular interventions to ensure there are Zero Accidents in all processes 9) Regularly monitor the emissions by utilizing the ALC system.
