This senior role supports daily operations across **Coupa** , **Guided Buy** , and emerging **AI agent workflows** , ensuring stability, efficiency, and an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate brings **7-8 years of procurement systems or operations experience** , thrives in problem-solving, and proactively drives improvements. **What You ll Do** - **Lead Procurement Support** - Own functional support for Coupa/Guided Buying, manage escalations, and ensure smooth daily operations. - **Solve Complex Issues** - Troubleshoot workflow failures, catalog issues, approval logic gaps, and data mismatches; drive durable fixes. - **Deliver CPI Initiatives** - Lead process improvement projects that reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and streamline procurement workflows. - **Build AI Agents** - Design, test, and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive procurement tasks and enhance Guided Buying experiences. - **Analyze Procurement Insights** - Use spend data, supplier performance, and workflow analytics to recommend improvements. - **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** - Partner with procurement, sourcing, IT, finance, and compliance teams to align enhancements with business needs. - **Drive Initiatives Independently** - Identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute improvements with minimal direction. - **Enable Users** - Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials that support global procurement users. **What You Bring** - **7-8 years** of procurement operations, procurement systems, or supply chain technology experience. - Strong functional expertise in **Coupa** , **Guided Buy** , or similar procurement platforms. - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues and lead resolution efforts. - Demonstrated success delivering **CPI initiatives** with measurable impact. - Hands-on experience with **AI agent building** , automation tools, or intelligent workflow design. - Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset. - High learning agility and comfort adopting new technologies quickly. **Preferred Qualifications** - Deep understanding of **P2P workflows** , sourcing processes, supplier management, and catalog governance. - Experience with workflow rules, approval chains, data validation, and compliance controls. - Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting. - Ability to translate business needs into system logic or AI agent behavior. **What Success Looks Like** - Reduced escalations and faster resolution of procurement system issues. - CPI improvements that materially reduce cycle time, clicks, and user friction. - AI agents deployed meaningfully reduce manual work and improve requester experience. - Stable procurement operations with high adoption and satisfaction. - Strong cross-functional trust and influence. **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
