Job Summary We are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1 Support) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Responsibilities • Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments • Effective operation in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts • Monitor production data pipelines on a 24/7 basis • Perform initial incident triage and severity classification • Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures • Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting • Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
