Support Engineer PPM

**Key Skills:** Api, SQL, Agile Methods, Clarity Ppm, ServiceNow, Ms Project, Automation, Azure, Scripting, AWS **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide L1/L2/L3 application support and maintenance for PPM tools including ServiceNow PPM, CA Clarity PPM, Oracle Primavera, and MS Project Online. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and user issues; monitor system performance and support high availability. - Manage tickets through ITSM tools, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures while meeting SLAs and KPIs. - Configure workflows, forms, and dashboards in PPM tools; manage user roles, access control, and security. - Support integrations with enterprise systems and deliver reporting/analytics for project status, portfolio dashboards, and resource utilization. **Skills Required:** - 3-8 years of experience in application support and PPM tool support or project management systems. - Hands-on experience supporting PPM tools: ServiceNow PPM, CA Clarity PPM, Oracle Primavera, and MS Project Online. - SQL basics for investigation and reporting support. - APIs/integrations knowledge to troubleshoot and support data exchange between systems. - ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow preferred) and incident/problem management in production support environments. Good to Have: - Azure or AWS exposure. - Automation and scripting experience. - Understanding of financial modules in PPM. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
