Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team at Sonata Software LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure engineering. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. - Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Support Engineer in the software services industry. - Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and practices. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
