Job Description Job Role: Sustainability Assurance Officer (Certification Sustainability Reporting) Location: Vadodara Function: Manufacturing Job Family: Officer Reporting to: Sustainability Assurance Manager Direct Reportees: No Job Context Job Purpose: To create the systems for driving sustainability practices across the plants in standardized way to improve the effectiveness of organization Job Responsibilities - Data collection of integrated report and other sustainability disclosures (CDP,DJSI etc.) - Track developments in reporting frameworks such as GRI, SAASB, BRSR and IR and align company's reporting to these frameworks - Research on sustainability risks and trends relevant to the organization and strengthen the disclosure practices - Designing of sustainability projects and support in communication, training, and implementation - Work closely with various departments in the company to mainstream sustainability in the organization Job Position Pillar: Manufacturing Vertical: Environment Group: Sustainability Assurance Team: SA\\_Certification Sustainability Reporting Job specification Experience: 5-6 yrs Qualification: BE chemical or environmental engineering; MBAs would be added advantages Certifications/Trainings: Certification for sustainability reporting frameworks like GRI Competencies Behavioural: Should demonstrate Values and Cultural Attributes of AIL; Good team player; Excellent communication skills Functional: 1.Integrated report writing in line with GRI standards 2. GHG accounting 3. Disclosures:- Ecovadis, CDP, DJSI 4. Monitoring and driving ESG projects 5. Product carbon footprint 6.
